Custom order FAQs

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No hard minimum. Custom stubby coolers start from 1, though bulk orders (50+) get volume pricing. For laser-cut favours and engraved gifts we'll quote any quantity you need.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom stubby coolers ship within 5–10 business days of design approval. Laser-cut favours and engraved gifts are typically 7–14 business days. Bigger or more complex jobs get a firm production date in writing before we start — no surprises. Full details in our FAQ.

Can I send my own artwork?

Yes. We accept print-ready PDF, AI, SVG, PSD, PNG and high-resolution JPEG. If it needs adjusting or recreating for the medium, we'll tell you what's possible and what it'll cost before anything is touched.

I don't have a design — can you create one?

Yes. Full design-from-scratch is included on most custom wedding and event jobs. Give us your names/date/theme/colours and we'll send concepts. Revisions are free — we keep going until it's right.

Will I see a proof before production?

Always. Every custom order gets a digital proof for written approval before anything is printed, cut or engraved. Once you sign off, production starts that day.

Can I order a sample?

Physical samples are available on larger runs (50+ units) for a small fee that's credited back against your order. For smaller jobs the digital proof is usually sufficient.

How does payment work for custom orders?

Small orders go through our Etsy shop as a custom listing — card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay. Larger orders (over $500) are invoiced directly with 50% deposit to commence work, balance on dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Australia-wide as standard. International shipping is available on request — get in touch with the destination and we'll price it.
