Good to know

Frequently asked

How long do custom wedding stubby coolers take to make?

Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days from design sign-off, plus shipping. Large orders (100+) or tight deadlines should be flagged early so we can reserve time in the schedule.

How many stubby coolers should I order for my wedding?

A good rule of thumb is one per adult guest plus 10–15% spares. For 100 adults, order 110–115. Keep a handful for yourselves — they make a lovely keepsake.

Can you print my own artwork or a photo on the cooler?

Yes. We take full-colour custom artwork — hand-drawn designs, couples' portraits, logos, anything you bring us. We'll send a proof before printing so you can approve every detail.

What are the coolers made of?

Standard neoprene with stitched seams, sublimation-printed in full colour. The print won't crack, peel or fade with washing — it's fused into the fabric.

Do you do bulk discounts?

Yes. Per-unit pricing drops significantly at 50, 100 and 200+ quantities. Send us a quick enquiry via our custom-order form with your quantity and we'll come back with tailored pricing.

Can I order just one or two coolers?

Absolutely — single coolers are welcome. They make great personalised gifts for groomsmen, bridesmaids, dads, or someone reaching a milestone birthday.

How they're made

Built to outlast the wedding day

6mm neoprene

Twice the thickness of budget coolers. Proper insulation, proper structure — holds its shape after years of use and Australian summers.

Sublimation printing

Ink bonds into the neoprene — not on top of it. It can't peel, crack or fade. Your names and date stay sharp through washing and use.

Mauser-taped seams

Six interlocking threads, Mauser tape over the outside edge, cross-stitched ends. The same finishing method used in quality wetsuit construction — no single point of failure.

Made in QLD

Cut, printed, pressed and stitched in our Gold Coast studio. Every piece inspected before it ships — because it's our name on the work.
