Ordering
How do I place an order?
For our ready-to-personalise designs, go to our Etsy shop, pick a design and add your names/date/colours in the personalisation box at checkout. For fully custom work, start a brief on our Custom Orders page.
Why Etsy and not straight from this site?
Etsy gives buyers secure payment, tracked escrow and platform protection — which a new direct-checkout site can't match overnight. We'll be adding direct checkout here once we've earned the trust to back it. Until then, ordering through Etsy is the safer route for both sides.
What's the minimum order quantity?
No hard minimum. Single stubby coolers are available. Bulk orders of 50+ get volume pricing and a dedicated production slot.
Can I combine multiple designs in one order?
Yes — you can mix designs and names within a single order. Useful for weddings where bridal party, groomsmen and guests each get a different print. Flag it in the personalisation notes or the custom brief.
Custom & bespoke work
Can I send my own artwork?
Yes. Print-ready PDF, AI, SVG, PSD, PNG or high-resolution JPEG (300dpi at print size). If it needs adjusting or recreating to work on the medium, we'll tell you what's possible and what it'll cost before touching it.
I don't have a design — can you create one?
Yes. Full design-from-scratch is included on most custom wedding and event jobs. Give us your names, date, theme and colours and we'll send you concepts to choose from. Revisions are free.
Will I see a proof before anything is printed?
Always. Every custom order gets a digital proof for written approval. Once you sign off, production starts — not before.
Can I order a physical sample?
On runs of 50+ units, yes — for a small fee that's credited back against your final order. For smaller jobs the digital proof is usually sufficient.
Turnaround & shipping
How long does a standard order take?
Personalised stubby coolers ship within 5–10 business days of your personalisation being confirmed. Add Australia Post transit time (2–5 business days depending on your state). Express post available at checkout if you're tight on time.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom stubby coolers: 5–10 business days from design approval. Laser-cut favours and engraved gifts: 7–14 business days. Larger or more complex jobs get a firm production date in writing before we start.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, every state and territory. Tracked Australia Post standard and express available at checkout. You get a tracking number at dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Australia-wide as standard. International shipping is available on request — give us the destination and we'll quote it.
My wedding is in a few weeks — is there still time?
Probably. Message us with your date and quantity before ordering — we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it happen, and if a rush fee is needed. No empty promises.
Materials & care
What are your stubby coolers made of?
High-quality 4mm neoprene with a polyester outer for the best sublimation print quality. Double-stitched hems, reinforced seams, machine-washable.
Will the print fade or peel?
No. Sublimation fuses the ink into the fabric fibres rather than sitting on top — so it won't peel, crack or fade from use or washing.
Can I wash my stubby cooler?
Yes — cold machine wash on a gentle cycle and air dry. Avoid the tumble dryer to keep the neoprene in shape.
What materials do you use for laser-cut pieces?
Australian birch ply, bamboo, hardwoods, cast acrylic (including fluorescents), and leather. We'll recommend the right one for your piece based on the style, finish and how it'll be used.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a personalised order?
Personalised and custom-made items are generally non-returnable for change-of-mind, because they can't be resold. This is standard across print-on-demand — but see the next question for what we always cover.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If the issue is our fault — wrong artwork, print defect, damaged in transit, or a name we were supplied correctly but misspelled — we remake and ship the replacement at our cost. Message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
What if I provided the wrong name or date?
We print exactly what's in the approved proof. If a typo came through your personalisation, we can't refund — but we'll always offer a discounted reprint to put it right. Double-check proofs carefully before approving.
Payment & privacy
How do payments work?
Standard orders are paid through Etsy at checkout — card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay. Large or ongoing custom accounts can be invoiced directly (50% deposit to commence, balance on dispatch).
Is my payment information secure?
We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled by Etsy's payment system; direct invoicing is via Australian-regulated payment providers.
What do you do with my personal information?
We use your contact details only to fulfil your order and follow up. We don't sell, rent or share with third parties except what's required to ship the order. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
